Breakfast Roll-ups!

After a workout, cereal just doesn't sound all that appealing . . . Remember those breakfast quesadilla's I made before? This is sort of a simpler version of that!

To make:

Cook up one tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and then roll it up and cut into finger food sized pieces. On the side? Scrambled eggs with chives and salsa. Done and done! Simple as that, and very delicious/filling.

Aren't those cute little roll-ups?

So that's my super simple yummy breakfast! Outfit post coming up shortly, I'm just having trouble deciding between heels and boots . . . hmmmmmm =D
